...Metal Art Stamping! I've seen all the really cool necklaces and such on peoples etsy shops and blogs and what-not, and I've really wanted to try and get the tools to make them my self. But those little things are super expensive - at least the really cool ones are, but you can win a really cool set from PJ Tools & Supplies, just follow link to this blog The Writing and art of Andrew Thorton, or visit their face book page, PJ Tools - ImpressArt for a chance to win a really cool set!
Next weekend I will be part of a celebration for one of my best friends - this celebration will be her Batchelorette Party! We are going to have a blast!
Out of her 4 attendants, each of us took a task for that night, I got games. I thought "oh that will be easy enough" - think again friends, think again. Oh sure, if your a group of girls that want to go bar hopping, and get wasted, and get guys to pay to suck candy off your shirt - THAT'S when it's easy. But we are not. Yes we want to have fun, but not necessarily that kind of fun. But I did find a few games and I think we will have fun with what I came up with. I would like to find some more though...any suggestions? Any?
A couple weekends after that will be my friends wedding. I'm so excited I can't wait!!
So last weekend I went on a mission to find shoes for my friends wedding that I'll be in next month. I found quite a few that I liked, but it always ended up that they either didn't fit right or they didn't have my size...what's so hard about finding silver sandles...and who is buying them all up in the middle of winter!!!
To top it off there are a pair of flip-flops that Target sells that I want to get for dancing..but they don't have them at any of the stores...good thing they have them online...guess I'll just order from there.
I'm hoping I can find some quick so my Mom won't shoot me!! She is going to hem the dress after all and it needs to get done soon!!
Any one have any suggestions? I think I've hit almost every store in town, with a few exceptions.
< That's me! I live in a small, yet growing, town. I'm involved in a great church, where I teach 4&5 year olds in Sunday School, and sing in the choir! I love spending time with my friends when ever I have a chance. Oh, and I can kinda play the guitar...gotta get back to learning that.
I LOVE ART! In 2005 I gratuated with a degree in Graphic Design and a Minor in Advertising Design. I have many projects that I am currently trying to organize, and create, and my goal is to one day, market at least one of them...for now. :)
